How long is the shipping time?

Items in stock will be dispatched via next day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Items made on pre-order will be delivered within 3-5 weeks (including production and delivery time)

If you are paying via credit card please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be processed.

What is the size guide?

Size charts will be provided for some items. For specific information regarding sizing please email us.

What size and height are items displayed on?

Alisha wears size XS & S and is 5’5.

Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

Please note we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

We try our best to ensure that the colours of our articles on the website and on social media are an exact representation of the actual colour of the outfit. However as articles are shot in natural lighting there may be some colour variations. We perform a vigorous quality control check of each item prior to dispatch.

How do I care for my item?

Please hand wash or dry clean only. Please steam articles on a low heat instead of ironing if needed.
